Date Me is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By using the platform you confirm you are 18+. Providing false age information is prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.
Date Me facilitates STRICTLY PLATONIC, time-bound hangouts in PUBLIC venues (coffee, walks, games, events, conversation). Sexual services, escort-style behaviour, solicitation and private-location meets are strictly PROHIBITED and enforced in product and moderation.
All users complete phone verification and government-ID + selfie KYC. We may suspend accounts that fail verification or are suspected to be fake or underage.
Nudity, sexually explicit material, harassment, stalking, doxxing, hate speech, discrimination, threats, and anything involving minors are forbidden. We may remove content and ban users at our discretion, and report violations to law enforcement.
Time credits are spent in 1-3 hour sessions. First meetings with any new person are capped at 2 hours. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show rules apply (see Cancellation/Refund Policy).
Payments are processed via a licensed payment gateway. Platform commission ~25%, host payout ~70%. GST invoices are issued where applicable.
Date Me is an intermediary under the IT Act 2000 and IT Rules 2021. A Grievance Officer based in India is appointed (see Grievance page).
Governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction. Verify all clauses with a licensed lawyer.
